Gourmey uses the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workable as a data controller, in order to manage the recruiting process of its collaborators. Gourmey collects and processes personal data provided by candidates who apply through the gourmey.com Website, either in response to an offer or spontaneously. Gourmey also uses the Workable and its services to process personal information as a data processor on Gourmey’s behalf. Workable is only entitled to process your personal data in accordance with Gourmey instructions.
Personal data collected by Gourmey is used to assess whether a candidate’s profile meets Gourmey’s offer or current needs, to enrich a database of potential prospects for future opportunities, and to prepare the integration of recruited candidates in Gourmey.
